Johnson Motor Sales Parts

The service department is Second to None! Matt and Scott are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My husband and I live in Hudson but prefer to come to Johnson Motors, New Richmond to get our vehicles serviced. We tell our friends and relatives about how great this service department is to us. If they need to keep our vehicle overnight then they always offer us a courtesy vehicle.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We enjoyed our car buying experience. The only frustration came from the fact that only one salesman would talk with any potential customer. There were many people on the showroom floor, but only one would actually work with the people who were interested in buying a car. Our whole buying process ended up taking several hours longer than we thought it would because we would wait for our salesman to talk to other customers and then come back to us.

As always, the service department (Matt & Scott) took care of our issues. They were able to fit us in w/o an appointment, answered our questions, gave us the option for solutions, and got us on our way safely. For five years the Johnson Motor's team/family has done everything we've needed and more. We would/will recommend them to anyone needing a new or used vehicle, and having a service question.
