Ordered a gator; was told it would come in 7 to 10 business days. It has been longer than that, we have not yet received it, and no word from the company about when it will be delivered. Called multiple times, and no answer & no return phone call. Very unsatisfactory service. If I had to do again, I would choose somewhere else.
