Great little grocery store, Joe the owner is very hands on and a wonderful guy, the front end ladies at checkout are very friendly and courteous and the Manager Sam is very helpful. Great selection of fruit and meat and they stock presidents choice products too. Great for everything you need.

This place has the most horrendous smell emanating from refrigerators. It was hard to shop in the grocery store due to the smell and the closer you got to the refrigerators the worse it got. Someone needs to start cleaning those things appropriately before someone gets sick.
my first time today being at joe's independent Grocer. very helpfullpeople. I had a women who works there help me out. cause it was my first there today. I'll be going to back there for my everyday shopping. the lady who checked me out helped me pack my stuff.
Don't often go, only cause it's a little further than my usual store. But they always have in stock what I'm looking for!!
It was clean, friendly and had some great deals on meat!!!

The staff are very nice here. The store is well laid out and very clean. Produce is always fresh, and they have really great baked in store items. Prices are high but that’s expected shopping at Independents. The international variety isn’t the greatest.
A good local grocery serving Ridgeway, Crystal Beach residents. The store underwent renovations which has helped spice the place up. My wife now goes in to shop sometimes and has made favorable remarks about the changes. Give it a try.
