Joe's Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

Not kidding when I say this is the best Mexican food I have ever had!!! .... I'm usually never at a loss for words, but this place has me speechless. Perfectly grilled, tender chicken on the salad. The beef and chicken enchiladas were moist and super flavorful... And the cabbage salsa is one of a kind!.. So sad that we have to travel all the way to Pendleton (3 hours away) for this deliciousness, but we will be back! And Thanks to our waitress, Ariana, for noticing that we were outta-towners and telling us all about Pendleton while we were there.

Stopped in here while on a road trip. Both the person I was with and myself were very happy with our dishes and we've been to a few Mexican spots in some known areas for such food. Would absolutely stop again if in the area and feeling like this type of food.

This is s one of a kind family place. We stumbled upon it, and they were happy to accommodate our large party. The waiter, whose shirt said he was Joe was terrific. He sent out surprise dishes to 3 of our party and they were delicious. The other menu items were fantasia as well and Joe through in some bean dip appetizers kind and some Mexican fortune cookies too! I highly recommend this cute restaurant!

Amazing food and great service. I get the steak Mexican style quite often.

My family and I are vegan and they consistantly make extremely good food for us every single week! We love the people, service, and food!
