DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Waited probably 8-10 minutes in drive through for a single order of fries and NO apology for the wait from the person at the window (around 4:15 on Nov 11th). I think the issue was the order in front of us (which was only for 2 people) was taking long ... but seems like they should have asked that person to park and serviced our simple order. The person at the window also kept taking orders instead of helping getting food prepared. Pretty disappointed.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star! my husband and I went there to have dinner at 9:20pm and they didn't close until 10pm. we start to order and they tell us that their kitchen is closed and the cook had gone home because they didn't have orders for an hour. worst customer service ever!

Paid for extra toppings, to include peanuts and a banana, what I ended up getting in the medium sized sundae, was 3 very small pieces of a Banana & 4 or 5 peanuts. So, I called and they offered another sundae on next visit, great. The reimbursement sundae, was basically the same w a few extra peanuts and a very "disapproving" look from the cashier, as I left the drive up window. Will not be returning to this Dairy Queen.

Not sure why, but they usually tack on an extra charge to drive-tru customers. Good food so be sure to go inside to avoid the fee.

It looks like they are in the middle of remodeling. The lobby and dining area looks great. The staff was Friendly. The Ice cream was great.
