DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Just bought a Large Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard at 6:20 pm. Got halfway through and it was just plain “ice cream” none of the ingredients. They literally didn’t mix it. I should’ve known when less than an inch in the ingredients started to dwindle in quantity.

Ordered 5 shakes. Not blizzards, single flavored shakes.n4 employees and 2 other customers in the restaurant with no one on the drive through.nIt took 15 minutes to get just shakes. Employees did not seem to care that we were waiting and kept wondering off. Restaurant is dirty. Food and soda and who knows what else all over walls, floor, back of benches, and I’m sure more. We all took a couple sips of our milkshakes and instantly threw them away. All 5 shakes tasted like they were made with sour milk. Stay away

The food was fine, the service was that of a fast food place, but if you ask for ketchup they will likely give you a cup of gravy???

After an order mix up online the staff fulfilled my order quickly. Service was great and appreciate the speed of fulfillment and correction. Would return for service.

Food is always excellent but the service is incredibly slow. Even on days when no one else is in the store it takes 25-30 minutes regardless of what you order. My most recent order took 40 minutes for a basket of chicken strips.
