Maverick Room

Top notch!! Started with the grilled ceasar salad to start, it was out of this world. Best i have ever had. Next came the pheasant with grilled Brussel sprouts, and fried gnocchi. finished off with the coffee creme brule with fresh fruit including a ground cherry. Just spectacular, if i was going to take God to dinner this is where we'd go.

First time customers who will be returning for more fine cuisine. What deliciuos food that is not only full of flavor but artfully presented to entice the most novice of fine diners such as ourselves. Well done Maverick Room, Well done!

My wife sometimes tells me that I am too critical of the steak that I receive, but I've never had anything but praise for the quality and service at the Maverick Room.

Excellent high class food & service, but smell of hotel pool chlorine as you approach is off-putting... and lingers faintly as you dine.

Maverick Burger is the best in town!
