I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Joann’s. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and almost comically slow. It is much smaller than other stores. Avoid if possible.

Every time I come here I get the rudest of stares and attitude from the staff. Yeah. I'm a guy who does crafts. Yeah I'm a guy who likes to sew. So what. Stop giving me tude like I have no idea what I'm doing. I was looking for a button back and this lady stocking gave me the rudest look. Took me to an area and just walked off. Dodnt even find it. I had to ask a diff employee. So annoying this store is the closest or I'd never go.

Love this place, customer service is good, many craft ideas are available with supply lists.

Pretty nice selection. But at almost any given time, there is a grand total of TWO people working in the whole store. On rare occasions, three. Check out has three registers and one person running check out. Although I was impressed when the guy running check out had 2 registers running instead of one. Kudos to him. He was polite, too. There has been a few occasions where I went in the store, grabbed some stuff to buy, and then saw the ridiculous line only to put my stuff down and leave. I don't have time to wait in a 15 to 20 minute line for stuff that I can actually live without.
