Famous Footwear

So I tried ordering online for pick up in store option with an online only gift card I had. First I took my kids in to make sure we ordered the correct sizes. I wasn't pleased with the assistant manager, Lexie, she was okay at first and then was extremely rude and told me my son knocked a poster off the wall, when he was no where near it. She was extremely rude about it, and it made me super uncomfortable. Then I asked if they could hold the 5 pairs of shoes I wanted to purchase, because for some reason there online site wasn't working properly. Anyways, I eventually ordered and the order said it was going to be ready about 2 hours later. I showed up just after the 2 hours to check because I hadnt heard anything. Sherie was so nice and amazing! She is wonderful and did everything she possibly could to fix my issue. She let me know that their system wasn't letting them ring up the Birkenstock sandals for some reason and that she was working in getting the issue fixed and she would keep in touch. She did! She went above and beyond to help me and she did get my issue fixed (: so 2 days after I had initially ordered, I finally got my shoes. I was baffled when the so called assistant manager, lexie told me this was a "hassle". How rude! She has awful customer service....and especially to act that way when I am spending $350 at your store....it just was so so rude. I will not be coming back.

A fine place to quickly shop for shoes. A good selection.
