Extremely rude workers, one of which I think is the manager. I spent almost $400 on a console, warranty, and game, and when I went back in to tell them I was missing a piece from the console box, I was made to feel like a customer who isn't appreciated. From now on I'll go to Salem to a different store. I'll be avoiding this company all together. This place was waaaay better when the old manager, Shayne, ran this store. He actually cared about his customers. I'll make sure everyone I know spends their money elsewhere!

This is my 2 home. Lol. I am a hard core gamer. I love game stop .so mutch I would go as fare as to work thear. Or vonlter.they have never been rude to me. Every month I try to drop by. Just to window shop. At one point. They new me . By my name. I fell I am a regular. They get new people. That work thear. I come friends with the staff thear. Then they move on. If I work thear. I wouldn't want go home. Lol. I would never be late for work I know that. 😎😎

Good staff but trade in value sucks But can’t complain that much because that’s where I get all my new PS4 and Xbox one s games

pre-ordered some pop figures..never recived a call went into the store saying the warehouse never sent them??? what exactly was the point to pre-order?? not going to do this again..
