Hired a car from JK Tours for four days during a recent trip. Efficient and friendly service, nice little car, map of the island and reasonable rates. Always available to help if needed, too. When we received a parking ticket they did warn us about parking in Heraklion! they did all the admin for us. Obviously we had to pay the bill but they did the online payment and gave us the receipt in case there were any further problems.
