Flight Centre Bramalea

Horrible service. Couldn't even answer simple questions and when asked to print off some information I was given a handwritten piece of paper with the price. It seemed that they didn't feel we were serious about our vacation. Glad we didn't book with them and we went with Sell Off Vacations that's right outside instead.

Being busy professionals and newlyweds we didn't have a lot of time to plan our honeymoon. We chose Flight Center as it was convenient to get to at Bramalea City Center. Initially we spoke to someone there (don't recall her name) about booking our trip, she said she'd get back to us but never did. We went back despite the initial bad start to our relationship. Sasha was very helpful but knew nothing about Europe which we discovered when we arrived there. She also made a few mistakes with our booking and if we had not been paying attention would have caused a lot more trouble. Our experience with flight center was terrible once we got to Europe, the hotel they booked us into in Paris was a "3-Star" hotel, but hotels in Europe can can choose any stars they want. "3-Star" was an exaggeration I'd rate it as 1-star. If I was a 20-something going on our first trip to Europe this would be acceptable, this was our honeymoon. Hotel refused to give us a refund, offered to upgrade our room (the "upgrade" was a downgrade actually) for our troubles, we decided to go elsewhere and ended up at the Hilton Paris Opera (which compared to the first hotel I would rate 10-stars). A few more glitches with our transfers (almost missed our flight home because the agent had put the wrong time for our transfer) back in Canada wanting a partial refund for the terrible trip this is where the fun began.

Just got back from our honeymoon & I must say we highly recommend Candace!!! Looking forward to planning our next adventure with her!!

Sasha Wallace is the best travel agent I have encountered. All my trips were handled efficienty, thoroughly and in a friendly manner. Sasha got me the best deals and every trip was over-the-top amazing. I would definately reccommend Sasha if you want top notch service everytime.I am now a loyal client.
