Bad interaction the lady over the phone didn’t know how to deal with Customers. Was very rude and dictatived. Would never call them again in my life. She was pretending she is customer and i am the ticket seller.

Best place to buy air line ticket. He tells you most of things you need during your trip.  Amazing person

I guess during difficult times like this, you'll find out how good or bad the service is.  I regret buying tickets from Akal Travels.  Their service level is so low.
