I think we all know when ordering through a delivery service, you usually don't get as much food compared to dining in and tend to pay a little more. In this case you get an absolutely huge portion and everything is delicious while staying super affordable. The meat wantons actually have a huge amount of filling inside of them where most places have like a teaspoon worth, I've never had meat wantons with so much in them. Easily my new favorite Chinese restaurant and highly highly recommend them.
Placed my order over the phone for pick up. Food was ready quickly, within 15 minutes of me placing the order two lunch combination orders. The food was good for the price! The egg rolls though took me by surprise, and turned out to be my favourite part. They weren’t normal egg rolls, they tasted exactly like samosa’s, not egg rolls! See pic.
Saturday evening Feb 18 we randomly decided to stop by Jinloong for supper. We don't eat out much these days but we were feeling like a treat. : My husband had a combo Special A. It was a huge portion and delicious. I want to mention that my husband always finishes his plate. However, this meal was not only delicious but filling too. He had enough for in dining and leftovers for a take away lunch on Monday ! I ordered the Singapore Noodles, with no meat or shrimp. Our waiter was so helpful to make a lovely fresh enormous bowl of noodles with extra veggies for me. It was wonderful and I went home with 3 days of leftovers!! YAY!! This was such a great meal for "penny pinches" like us haha I'd like to say our experience at Jinloong was 5 stars, but I wish I could give extra stars for the lovely, helpful service we received from our waiter. He was a delight!! So kind, helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant don't look any further than Jinloong. The homemade sauces are absolutely worth every penny. The portions are fantastic, and the service is GREAT! We'll be back soon. I've included a photo of all our leftovers. Amazing food! Highly recommend and for $60 two people can eat 4-6 times, typically 3 separate dishes and always egg rolls. Keep experimenting with the menu and can't go wrong.
This place is the best! They are always so fast and friendly. The food is amazing. They make a spicy veggie udon noodle dish for me that’s not even on the menu. I ordered last night after a long day and didn’t realize they had just closed. They said no problem they will make it anyway. I recommend them them to everyone!!
Amazing food. Sneaky tactics. They charged me $1.50 for chilli sauce which they did not mention at all when I requested it. I found out after I paid and got in my car. I also found out they charged me $.20 for the takeout container. I went back into the restaurant and confronted him about it. I said “hot sauce always comes free with the order and if you’re going to charge, you should always tell the customer.” His answer was “oh sorry next time I’ll tell you.” Stupidest answer I’ve ever heard. Never coming back again. Good food though, too bad.
My one and only complaint is that their eggrolls are so good that I no longer like egg rolls from anywhere else! I'm quite picky about Chinese food and it took awhile to find a spot that I enjoyed...I'm so happy I found this spot!
Went for lunch and they have good lunch specials. My teenage grandchildren had vegetarian food and enjoyed it. I had general chicken and my wife had lemon chicken. We all enjoyed our meal and it was just over $40 including gratuity.
Been here a few times now, service is always excellent and the food is great. Not the best rice but everything else is fantastic with huge portion sizes. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Chinese food at a great price.
This place is great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Online ordering was simple and fast. Food was delicious! The pork belly was so flavourful. Great portion sizes. Highly recommend this place.
