My family has tried many Asian restaurants in Sackville but this is the best restaurant. Very friendly and happy staff. We don’t have to wait long for the food. We have tried many dishes here and I have to admit that all of them are excellent and tasty. Vegetables are always fresh and crunchy. We now become their loyal guests every weekend. I’m really addicted to their special honey pepper sauce dishes. Highly recommended!
We came here from Toronto and it did not disappoint. Friendly service and good authentic Chinese food.
What can I say? This place is an experience. From open, direct interactions with the owners, stellar staff and fresh-prepared when you order food no heat lamp and wonderful ambience, there is nothing missing for me. We celebrate our important events like anniversaries and birthdays here. Loved it and certainly will continue to see them.
My sons and I have been eating at this restaurant for many years, I went for the first time for the grand opening I think in 2001. The food quality has always remained the same Wonderful. A few years ago I married a man who is wheat, gluten, dairy and sugar intolerant we were hesitant for a while but once he started eating there he loves it. The staff are lovely and always make you feel welcome. Two of our family members are gluten free, two are vegans and a few are just fussy lol but we always know we can go to Hong's and will be well taken care of at a reasonable price. Thank you Angel, Phillip and staff keep up the good work.
Hong's is always fresh and authentic. We love any chance to go. They are practicing Covid protocols wonderfully so eating in is a joy. Their pork spring rolls and wonton soup are always yummy and we enjoyed our main meals.
Food was good and came quickly. The service was good and the server was pleasant. If you're inclined they have a number of video lotto machines in a small room near the dining area. All in all a good meal with good service.
The Honey Pepper Chicken also referred to as Hong's Chicken is so tasty! We just had a family reunion and my brother in law said he wanted to eat a whole bucket of just Hong's Chicken, it's just delicious. I think it's even gluten free which is impressive because it's battered. The next menu item everyone needs to try is the Stir Fried Garlic Stalks! These are literally the shoots of the garlic bulb. They look like green beans but they taste like a whole lot of deliciousness! The third thing we ordered which everyone needs to try is anything with Black Bean Sauce. We usually get either beef or pork, both are perfect. Special thing to consider is these three menu items are so tasty it is just wrong to get them with anything other than steamed rice. It's time for people to mix up their ordering habits. Too often we go to a Chinese restaurant and order chicken balls, fried rice and beef and broccoli. What a waste of your taste-buds when Sackville has this authentic restaurant that can give you so much more!!
