Jimmy John's

Another Fantastic experience, and I typically don't take photos, but this was one to capture, why because great employees aren't typically recognized. Yesterday 11/2/22 during a lunch rush it was very busy. This crew worked so hard to get these people, including myself, in and out "freaky speedy fast". You can see the line of people waiting, as more flooded in. The employee in the photo every. single. sandwich. and .every single. customer he was fast and friendly, always had a smile on his face. Your crew at this location is just amazing and I'm not sure who leads them with such a positive outlook, but Kutos to you. Also to add, this employee has this same positive, warming personality every time I visit here on my lunch break. Thank you again for always making my experience great, a warm smile can go a long way. About 3 days a week I visit here for my lunch break, the staff is always friendly and polite, they're "speedy fast" and it's always delicious!

I ordered a sandwich for my son who's just down the road at 11:48 and when he hadn't received it at 12:25, I called to check why and they had not even left the store with it yet. I purposely ordered from Jimmy's because they're supposed to be freaky fast. Next time, I'll not waste $24 just for 1 sandwich to be delivered. That is literally all I ordered. 1 extra long sandwich plus a 20% tip, and it cost me $23 and some change. It was a vegetarian sandwich, too, nothing fancy, nothing extra, no drink, no chips, just the 12" sandwich. I'm disappointed, Jimmy Johns. Do better next time, please. I will say, the guy who took my call was incredibly patient, and for that reason, I gave 3 stars rather than 2. He was apologetic and respectful despite my frustration. Thank you for that.

I don't understand why they left my food outside a random door inside of the suite building. They were definitely given the suite number and there is a doorbell to ring that they never rang. Leaving my food and drink unattended and in the middle of a public hallway is unacceptable.

I eat a Jimmy John's a lot, this is hands down the worst sandwich I've gotten from this chain, which leads me to believe it's this location. Produce on the sandwich was so bad I took it all off, and the cheese was so dried out it was discolored. Where's your quality control? Keep driving people.

I always like to get jimmy John’s and have been coming to this one for years now, but about 50% of the time they do not listen. I always order the slim. I always make sure to say slim multiple times and half the time I get the regular sandwich with a lot of stuff I don’t want. It’s genuinely a bummer and has happened way too many times.

FREAKING fast service as usual!!! Never disappointed to date. Fresh ingredients and pleasing service.

Friendly service. Ordered a handful of subs and drinks online and came in to pick them up. The gentleman with the earring offered me a box to carry everything in to make it easier for me. Subs were made fast and correctly.

Best 9” of my life, they really know what they’re doing with pickles. The way they put that oil on that meat is sensual to say the least. You’d think they’d take their time and enjoy the ride but nope, done and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Soda was a little flat though

This is my home JJ. I’ve been disappointed multiple times, leaving me wishing I had chosen Panera across the street instead. Sometimes they make a great sandwich I appreciate the amount of lettuce and toppings ! Other times they use up their nasty ingredients on my order old, browned avocado spread or pale, tasteless tomatoes. It’s a gamble, but of course I’ll still come back; I love JJ.

Freaky Slow! 8 minute car ride, 3.8 miles away. Long work week and decided to have it delivered. OK, $3 delivery charge and opted for $3 tip at time of order. 'Took them 57 minutes to complete an app order. Synonymous quality with food, rating is for delivery. First time delivery with these guys and will not do it again. No bad on employees, they have to do work with what they have. However, maybe Jimmy John's should update their app with expected delivery times vs. advertising Fast deliveries when in reality just shy of an hour is not acceptable, IMHO.
