Customer service was wonderful. It’s such a cool place. I’m vegetarian and had no problem finding something I could eat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

I placed an order on line for a sandwich, when i got back to my work the sandwich was not made correctly. I called and was told that they would take my name and next time I could get the sandwich at no cost. its been about 2 months (I was a bit skeptical to order from here again) I called today and spoke with a girl explained the issue and she had not a clue what I was talking about. She was telling someone else the story and a man by the name of Ron came to the phone and told me that i was pretty much out of luck since it has been so long. I won't be going back there again!!

Yum! OK, so you choose your sandwich, right it on a bag, take it to the counter and pay for your order. Not sure how smooth this would work if 20 people walk thru the door, but for now -- it works!!!

Firstly I wasn't even greated when I walked in and there were only 4 customers inside, this was my FIRST experience with this chain and at first I was excited. After not being greated and asked if I even knew how to order I figured it out myself and went to pay where it took a while because apparently an employee meal is more important than a guest who is on their lunch break. After I finally paid I waited for not too long of a time though I was never asked if I wanted my sandwich hot or cold, because I would've preferred it cold the employee (Alyssa) who finished my sandwich had a horrible look on her face the whole time and didn't even say you're welcome after I thanked her for my sandwich. As someone who works in customer service this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had, I will not return based on what I saw.
