1st time here you guys no I’m a foodie. No food out on display which means it’s fresh. The guy at the counter was so inviting you can also sit in. Hot dog was great and chicken strips was fresh , sorry no pictures my husband ate it before I can show you guys
Wanted a quick, easy spot for lunch and this turned out be be perfect. Friendly staff, easy ordering, and a few tables in the back, which was warm and cozy. Chose a jalapeño hot and small fries. Both were cooked fresh and were very tasty. Great place to warm up and fill you up. Parking: Easy street parking
Such a present place to eat great employees food was so amazing will be going back if your looking to just grad something quick or sit in and eat that's the place it's very inviting I give it give stars
Today was our first visit to Jim's hots and we will definitely be back ,the food was excellent and the service was great!!
After walking by the cozy joint multiple times my boyfriend and I decided to finally stop and try the place. Great choice!!! The hotdog was everything you want it to be. Man behind the counter was very friendly and attentive, and the patrons were smiley as well. Can’t complain about good food and good service! Definitely recommend.

In the area and saw this place thats an institution - around for 40 years - have to try right?It's a boiled cheap store brand hot dog.Soggy bun and flavorless toppings. Seems thats the rave around here per reviews. I was disappointed. People were nice,therefore 2 stars. I'd like to invite you to CT for a real hot dog- a Hummels natural casing dog GRILLED to perfection with the works plus chili. Then talk to me.
To those not familiar with this joint, it can look a little shady when first walking in. However the workers are often pleasant, the service is usually quick, and I love their hot dogs and milkshakes. If you need a quick and affordable bite during lunch, I recommend coming here to at least give it a try.
This was my old haunt 30 years ago. The food is still just as good as I remember. Jim wasn't here sitting on his stool behind the counter serving up his dogs, but they are just as good. Don't let the looks fool you. If you want good food quick, this is the place.
On Thursdays Jim and Heather make the best chicken and biscuits from scratch with real potatoes! Their Texas hots are also the best !!
