Great service from the staff during buying and pick-up of the floating cork floor we chose. I found the cork planks a little softer than the Turley product I purchased years ago for another apartment. However, once you are aware of this and are carefull during the tapping process, no problems. The floor looks great.
The staff is very accommodating. When we arrived they were more than happy to pull samples for us to view, very knowledgeable about their product, answered all questions and arranged for shipping to happen in a timely fashion. Communication with them since has been prompt and helpful. The overall experience has been very positive. We look forward to having the product installed and living with this wonderful material.

fantastic service, after being told by several local suppliers in my small city that cork was for the most part unavailable anywhere, these guys were able to supply, a real live human answered the phone, was able to answer all of my questions and make recommendations about the install and final finish. the product arrived on my front porch the next day, a very refreshing experience. the floor looks amazing, very happy..

They said it was durable, pet-friendly flooring is a must-have in any dog-friendly environment, so I sent for samples. This is in no way durable with a dog you can gouge it with your nails very easily. Pleased I did not buy any and only wasted $15 for samples.
Cancork has been extremely helpful in assisting us in finding a flooring color to complete repairs on discontinued colors. They even sent out a package of samples to test! I would highly recommend Cancork and ASH in the service department.
Just finished one room and the product looks great. Easy to snap together and the seams are tight. I used the Swedish cork product. Great service from the folks in Richmond.
Received free samples in a very timely manner. Product looks great - we’re still in early research stage of our reno project.
