It is a lovely car, strong, well-maintained! That’s just from my first moment of test-driving it! I purchased the car with not only the car quality itself but more of Friendly service, lovely, warm greeting and caring staffs! They know what they are taking care of! Appointment for oil change last week and it took more than 2 hours before they were done. Appointment today for 1/2 hour part installation. Still waiting after 2 hours. Why do they make appointments if they can't keep them? Or do they hate me? Very frustrating. Their sign said they'd give me a $25 Tim Hortons card for writing a review. Let's see if they will! My time is worth $200/hr

Amazing experience buying a certified used vehicle, the process was so smooth and the staff went above and beyond. My family and I were even able to view the car from indoors every time awesome because we have a 11 month old that was able to come on test drive with us. I highly recommend Kyle Canlapan and Reggie Merluza!

Arnie Calixto is the person to go to if buying any type of vehicle! My whole family and all my friends only go to him as it's the best experience you'll have and the best deal! Quick, simple, informed and stunning service all around! I couldn't recommend enough about this place and specifically Arnie! Great all around experience at Jim Gauthier Chevrolet from all departments! Super friendly staff that really care about your needs. I purchased a 2022 Trailblazer back in July, Mason took the time over several months to find me my perfect ride and was always there to answer any questions I had throughout the process! I brought my 2020 Spark in today to have an oil change as part of my warranty service. I received fabulous service from Jaclyn my service representative. I had accidentally locked my keys in the car when I pulled into the service bay. She was more then helpful since they were my only set of keys. She had a temporary key cut and the car unlocked. She turned a horrible experience into a very positive one. Not only that the car was washed and the oil changed done in a very timely manner. I am very grateful to the service department for all they did for me.

This is the place where I bought the 2017 Chevy Malibu. My experience with the purchase process was great . Central customer service and service department are great each time I interact with them. No one is perfect but they are always willing to improve on the services rendered.
