Fast service, reasonable prices, prompt call when part arrived. New comment, not an edit to the above. Oct 2013 I ordered a switch for my van. It arrived quickly but it ended up I'd ordered the wrong part. The box sat around the garage for 3 weeks. I dropped by Heads Up today. I was prepared to just turn over the part to them as it was no use to me. The counter person asked me a couple of questions, found the purchase on the computer and refunded the full price immediately. No restocking fee, full price! One can't ask for better service than that. I'm adding the 5th star today as the service is well beyond my expectations.

On more than one occasion I was looking for parts for my 2004 g35. I called up Napa, crappy tire, part source and the closest ball joint they all could find was in Calgary.... Heads up had it in stock. Same with a PVC valve. Super impressed! Thanks guys, price was reasonable too. Instead of the last call I make looking for parts, this will be the first one.

Charged a very high rate and Didn't fully correct problems or inform on what was wrong and let vechile leave the shop before being fully diasgonsed and fixed. Terrible experience
