Excellent business, Oleg is honest and is a guru to knowing any issue with vehicle and staff are great. Highly recommended
don’t ever buy a vehicle from these people. I bought my first car from here, a Chevy Cruze and 2 weeks later it was overheating and leaking coolant. I’ve had it for about a year now and it’s been nothing but problems. I believe it was a fake safety and they clearly cleaned up any leaks. I’ve had to replace so much more than what the vehicle was worth. Very dishonest people and quite rude.
Dissapointing experience!!! I called before showing up to make shre they work with my warranty provider ; once I arrived after 40 mins drive , I waited for 45 mins to talk to the guy in charge ,he was very rude and once he knew I have extended warranty , he refused to work and mentioning that they don’t want to work with warranty and he left. It’s totally a waste of time and money.
They do excellent work, there's no doubt about that. However, don't be surprised if you find food crumbs and your interior suddenly much dirtier than when you left you vehicle there. It seems as though this shop will use your vehicle to run their own errands. My vehicle sat for less than 2 months, and I couldn't help but notice that they had put over 1200 kms on it since the the time I dropped it off. To add to this, the interior was a bit of a mess, as I had left it nearly spotless. All in all, I won't deny that they do good work, but they treat your vehicles as if they own them, and won't hesitate to take it for a spin to get their own things done. Safe to say I think I'll be staying away from this shop from now on. Even if they do very good work, this practice of using customer vehicles for their own leisure is just disappointing.
All I can say is my experience has been absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond for you. And I very much appreciate having an honest mechanic And their prices are very fair. I would totally recommend it to anyone. Especially European cars. I have been very happy there and I’m sure you will be too.
Highly recommend this shop. I was quoted a $20,000 repair from Audi Winnipeg for my 2016 Audi A4 for a engine rebuild due to oil pressure and knew I needed a second opinion. I was referred to Oleg and he gave me a proper and honest diagnostic and turned out I never needed ANY engine work done! He was very helpful in my situation and had my car fixed within a few short days and was very verbal the entire time about what he was doing. When I went to pick it up today I took my dad there and we were both impressed that he took us into the shop and showed us exactly what had went wrong with my car. I’m so glad I found this shop and a great mechanic that for sure has my business for life! Thank you Oleg!
Oleg is an honest mechanic and very fairly priced. Don't read too far into the initial rough greeting or mannerism. Quick service and clean return. Worked on my 2004 BMW 530i. Fixed a bunch of hoses and minor items that I've been add on charged at other places.
The most pleasant experience I've had with a mechanic in Winnipeg. They provided honest, timely service at a fair price. Oleg was very willing to work with me to ensure that work is carried out properly the first time. He never once tried to upsell me, and stuck to doing what was needed. They seem to enjoy what they do because they truly make an effort to know their cars. They aren't afraid of imports like these are some sort of black magic: you won't hear them say "oh that's a German car so I'm going overcharge because I'm only comfortable working on Chevys" like the other six shops I visited. Euromart can work on anything, and they'll do it well. Their labour rate is really competitive, and if you find a part at a lower price, they'll install it. Highly recommended.
Oleg is super nice, honest and very helpful. Repaired my BMW X3 in just a few days and for a very reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!
be careful when you are buying a vehicle from here. My experience with this place was horrible. When showing up to the place it look like a wrecking yard with all the vehicles in pieces out front with no parking. They quickly through a vehicle together. door panels not matching, body lines that do not line up, Bumpers that pop off there brackets when hitting pot holes. Wishing i did not buy the vehicle. Took it to them several times and the last time i had to stand there and watch them do the work properly. when i bought the vehicle they wrote the safety papers up in front of me and there was nothing wrong with it. but took it to a shop a month later and they listed a few thing off that shouldn't pass safety. and have not even put 2000 kms on the vehicle. NEVER AGAIN. and good luck to anyone that does buy a vehicle from there.
