Jewellery by Sanders

I've been married for 10 years and have always disliked my wedding band as the jeweler who "custom made it" didn't do a great job and as a result my band never matched my engagement ring or looked like a set. I started searching for a jeweler and asked several questions. Joe was the only one who took the time to reply to all my emails as well as calling me to discuss any concerns and/or answer any further questions I may have had. As soon as my husband and I went to see Joe, not only did he make us feel as if we've been customers of his for years, but he also had a better vision than I did to ensure that the rings matched perfectly. I have to say, the wedding band looks absolutely stunning and It is a perfect match! I am beyond thrilled and happy with it :) Thank you so much Joe, you did a fantastic job!

I recently got engaged and needed to have my ring appraised for insurance. It was obvious from the beginning that they care about their clients! I After the appraisal was done I had some repairs done on other jewellry I had, and I ordered a custom made wedding band to match the ring. Great service, professional, caring and honest are words I would use to describe Sanders Jewellers. I'd also like to make mention the fact that they are a family owned and operated business!! I feel it's vital to support local businesses.

I came here with my fiancé to pick out an engagement ring. Started with a basic idea of what I wanted. Rather than agree to it (a pearl) and get more money out of me when I would need it replaced every 5 years from chipping and wearing, they helped steer me away, though didn't refuse to do it. Since I was back to the beginning they helped me the whole way through looking at different stones, patterns, metals. Not once did I feel rushed or upsold or pressured. Once we had it planned out they sent in the ordered and called once they got confirmation. 4 weeks later it arrived, even better than I could imagine and at a price even more reasonable than I could imagine. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone. I will be back again in the future for any other custom jewellery needs.

Brought my rings to them for sizing pretty much at the last minute due to conflict of scheduling. So glad they could help me out on a restricted timeline. My rings fit beautifully and the staff was quite friendly. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Top notch sales unbelievable customer service. No rhodium plated required what you get you get for life. Forget the big box stors just out to get your money
