I went in looking for a necklace extension for a Pandora necklace purchased over Christmas. The staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful; Rosanna in particular from the Whitby location. She was stellar with her fitting knowledge and customer service. I cannot wait to return and work with her again!

AMAZING service here. I've been shopping here for 15 years and can never go wrong. They polish old family rings and make them look brand new, all with a smile on their face. would recommend to anyone.

Zero respect for your budget. Came here to look at engagement rings with my future hubby. We were quite clear up front about our max budget and everything she showed us was, at minimum, $1000 above our max budget. Don't waste my time, if you don't carry items in my budget range, just tell me! Over priced everything in this store. You're clearly paying markup for the fancy store decor and the overstaffed store itself. Go elsewhere, there's no need to pay those prices for gold and diamonds!

Bought our engagement and wedding rings from here and the selection was very good. They have lots of loose diamonds to choose from and the prices were better than anywhere else we shopped. The customer service was also amazing. If you're looking for quality and service, you can't go wrong.
