I’ve been a customer of graziella for more than 10 years. Not only is their work impeccable, the customer service is above and beyond. When first walking in the door the staff warmly welcomes you and then ensures you’re taken care of from beginning to end. Highly recommend the store for gorgeous pieces and also outstanding service.
I experienced fine service from both Whitby and Oshawa. My Omega Speedy was sent in from Whitby for its service. Jacques was helpful and thorough in taking the watch. He said it would likely take Swatch Group three months for the service, which, of course, was fine. It did take four, but that was no one's fault. The watch came back to the Oshawa store, where they efficiently looked after checking me out. As for Swatch, the watch came back to me like new it's 20 years old in a lovely Omega travel box, along with the replaced parts. Overall, a great experience.
I was a bit intimated walking in to the store but very quickly I was warmly greeted by more than one person. I told the person that greeted me that I was looking for BC to help me purchase a watch for my husband for an anniversary gift. I really felt out of my comfort zone as I did not know much about watches. It only took a few minutes for me to feel very comfortable with BC the sales consultant. He was very down to earth and educated me about the choices. There was absolutely no pressure to decide. I would highly recommend BC as his knowledge is outstanding and his kind manner made it such a wonderful experience. I am very grateful for this experience.
The store is big, bright and spacious. Customer service is great. Products sold are quality brands. I bought a watch and love it! I’m giving only 4 stars because surprisingly, when I wore it 15 mins after leaving the store, the time and date on the watch were not correct. I think small details like that count - especially if you are purchasing a watch. However, I am adding back a star for Corey walking me to my car, carrying the big watch box. Aside from this nice gesture, it also made me “secure” walking to my vehicle with someone. Thank you for making my first purchase experience with Graziella a good one.
Graziella at Taunton in Oshawa is the place to go! We had the pleasure of working with Corey M - he was patient, offered valuable feedback/information about our potential selections, and helped guide me in the direction of finding my perfect band to match my engagement ring. He stayed in contact with me during the process and ensured me that the ring would be ready for our wedding we waited a long time to start looking and Corey reassured me it would be ready - it was! The ring was designed for me, took less time than estimated to come in, and it's more beautiful than I could have imagined. Corey remembered me when I went to pick it up, too talk about exceptional customer service! I recommend going to see him for all your jewelry needs! Thanks Corey for all the laughs and for being so patient with us. You're the best!!
