We are six brothers that immigrated to Canada, with a dream to share our grandfather’s one-of-a-kind recipes with the rest of the world. The first location we opened was in 2012, and soon enough gained a lot of loyal customers that couldn’t get enough. Amazing place, the food is great, and a must try. The staff is awesome, ALI was great to interact with and heightened the experience of being there. Also, make sure you enjoy the complimentary tea which is super tasty. I am a vegetarian but then too I loved the food here. Do visit and ask ALI to offer you some tea. Vegetarian options: You have vegetarian option so you can enjoy the falafel with pita bread, salad, hummus, sour cream and some amazing desserts
OMG, insanely yummy! We catered for 25 people the presentation and taste was awesome! Our guests totally enjoyed the food! We had so much food! It was delicious-wouldn't think twice about catering from here again! Thank you to Ahmed & all the staff for being so awesome!
Wow! Amazing fresh food and the portions are gigantic! We ordered plates but they also have wraps as well as HUGE family platters! This place has been added to our “must go here every time we are in town” list!!! We visited on a Saturday night. It was very crowded. We had to wait for 45 mins before we could get our food that also take out as the dine in had even more wait time. Food was good. We ordered falafel plate and jumbo chicken shawarma. Both portion size was quite good. Quality and quantity both are good. Recommend this place but be prepared to wait specially if you are visiting on the weekend.
A foodie I follow and trust mentioned Jerusalem Shawarma and it SOLD ME! I came the very next day to try for myself! I was conflicted walking in because the menu is so extensive. I bellied up to the cashier and asked for his recommendation. He replied ‘you want a wrap or rice dish?’ help narrow it down. I went with his recommendation to go with a beef wrap. All the fixings minus tomatoes. Very customizable as you can see from the photos they allow you to pick and choose the toppings. Very quick paced so look alive when they ask you about your toppings. I opt’ed in for spicy with additional banana peppers. Just the right amount of kick. The wrap was comprised of your typical pita and a much thinner pita on top then tossed on the grill press. It was large as it only comes one size. Also received some spicy potatoes which were also fresh and flavourful. I took my order to go but there’s ample seating if you want to dine in with a selection of desserts as well. I noticed they do catering and I think you can order as you would a regular order. An observation as per the set up but it’s always best to call and double check. Friendly, helpful, efficient, flavourful and filling! I will return to try a rice dish next time. It’s worth going out of your way to enjoy a meal from Jerusalem Shawarma! Tell your friends!
Insanely good middle eastern food! Just amazing food and service. Try their hammous with shawarma chicken and pita - simply amazing! This place is an absolute 5 star! They are so passionate about what they serve.
I have visited no less than 10 shawarma and kabobs location in Canada, within the last 30 days. Three of the places I visited were various Jerusalem Shawarma locations. They all completed in being the number 1 favorite. The portion is generous. The food is delicious. The staff is courteous. The place is clean. Ahmad was very helpful. الله يبارك لهم.
Super happy with this great find! Food was massive and staff were great! Love the decorated pillar inside the restaurant. Also enjoyed the free tea that was served while we were having our meal. Very thoughtful of the gesture. Will be back.
Listen. My mom brought me some left over once, I wasn't a fan at all. One day after church they invited me to go so I said sure, in about two weeks I've gone to this place at least 7 times now. There was a time I went back to back to this place, let's start with how well they treat you there, my mom is a regular there so they always greet her and make sure we are happy so we always have amazing service from the whole team, the complementary tea, Listen I don't like tea at all but this tea I have about 5 glasses of it before I leave. The food! Is so good, is not pricey and is so fresh. I recommend this place to absolutely anyone and who knows maybe ill be there again tomorrow
This place is dope. Atmosphere is fantastic, customer service is warm and welcoming. Great spot to get awesome food any day of the week. Best tea server Abraham! Shout out to Mo for the amazing dish right here!
