Called Jensen's to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Gave me an appointment the next day, December 30th. They were great on the phone and the guy that showed up was very nice, friendly and efficient. When he was finished he went to his truck to write up the bill. According to the bill, he was here 1 1/2 hours, I did not time him. The bill was $217!! I provided all the parts, as I just had him replace the faucet. I was a little surprised - they charge $135 an hour, plus a $15 travel fee!!?? Their offices are maybe two miles away. I am going to call tomorrow and ask if this is their standard rate.

Very pleased with how fast plumber. Responded when sump pump was spouting excess flood water in basement. SoWill call them to fix leaky faucets also

Called, I was told there was an opening the following the next day between Noon and 4PM, no one came, no phone call,nothing the next day either. I guess they did not need our business.

Jensen's crew is Amazing! If something has happened unexpected and you need them they are there for you asap! What a GREAT local business they are! We are lucky to have them in Lake Mills.

I called Jensen's to have them clean out the drain in the condensation pan on the a/c unit in the attic. I had just changed the filter and suspected that I got some insulation in the pan and was traveling so I needed someone besides my wife to do it. Jensen's sends a Hvac repair technician who tells my wife it was installed without a condensation pan!!! Really? He actually called my wife and told her there is no after market or OEM pans available. So, that makes sense because it is part of the unit! Then I call Jensen's and the girl tells me it was really hot in my attic and he had to get out. I asked to speak with me Jensen. He defends the technician. I asked that they return and clean out the drain. Which he does and charges me for two service calls, $180? Jensen's failed the simple test and tried to sell us a new Hvac unit. I overpaid for the service, paying only 1/2, or for one service call, but unwound not trust Jensen's to use a plunger. I found sanitary plumbing and heating. Roger is good and honest. All I want is to be treated fairly and not feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or my wife.
