Black Diamond is the best place to find an electrician (quick response, high quality work, nice staff). The receptionist Pat was extremely friendly and helpful, she talked to the electric department manager for me after receiving the photos I sent to her. The company responded quickly and set up an appointment with me right away for the next day. The electrician Rick is the best of the best. He was very patient and smart. He helped me trouble-shooting my electric switch system, which the other 2 electrician I hired from somewhere else previously had no knowledge about. He helped find the problem and temporarily restored the lights (before the replacement parts arrive). I am very satisfied with the quality of the service, and I highly recommend Black Diamond to anyone who needs an electrician!

Great experience with Black Diamond: It's the end of the week right before Christmas, and the main shut-off valve for the water for our house (an antiquated screw-in kind) breaks off in my hand. Someone was able to come out right away; he was courteous; he knew exactly what he was doing; and now we have a shiny ball-valve cut-off for our water supply. I'm extremely grateful for such prompt and excellent service.

This was my second experience with Josh. (Two entirely different issues) he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to fix the issue on the first visit for this issue. He made sure I fully understood the issue and the cost associated, and made sure I had no questions. I would highly recommend Black Diamond.

They arrived promptly at the appointment time. Troubleshoot the water leak and found the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Fixed the l leak and tested the problem area to make sure it was secure. Pointed out another flaw that will need to be watched closely and fixed in the near future. Provided a professional courteous service that I have the upmost confidence that the work was done right. Have used Black Diamond in the past and will definitely use them in the future.

Main waterline broke before the meter at 9pm. Called Black Diamond and Jessie was out before schedule. He did an awesome job and I'd highly recommended him and Black Diamond. This company uses thicker copper and the best shut off valves on the market. High end and great customer service, what else can you ask for. Thanks again!
