The senior woman who I think is the owner is very rude and disrespectful. You should learn how to talk to customers. I went in the store today and put my meat on the counter top at the front, apparently the cashier put it on the glass counter top. OMG this woman started shouting and saying I shouldn’t have put the meat there. She took it and put it in the back of the store on the counter top. I left it there, I wanted to walk out and leave everything that was in the basket. One of the first skill you should have as a business owner, is customer service skill , you think because you own a small grocery store you have the right to be so disrespectful towards other people. It’s not the first time I hear you talking down to customers, I even saw people walk out because of your attitude. As a senior person you should know better, very bad service. My family and I won’t be coming back.
I pick fresh made Jamacian patties. They moved to new location. They have lot Jamaica local stuff.
The hardo bread was very soft and fresh. Melted in my mouth. The patties were ok.
Google maps took me close, but Jeanie's is in the second building in the rear then you have to drive along edge of building. Yes, it was worth the extra effort. Staff very friendly. The patties were meaty, fluffy, not flaky just the way I like it, and delicious. Just wished more spicy. Quite inexpensive, a dozen for $13.50. A must go to.
Went to Jeanie’s yesterday and picked up a dozen frozen mild beef patties and two spicy beef Pattie’s for the way home. I also grabbed 6 coco bread. Fantastic. The bread was soft and buttery and the patties were on point. I’ll definitely be back for more. This is the spot to get patties, bread and so much more.
Friendly staff, in a very unsuspecting place. This place is hidden all the way in the back and around the corner! Their patties seem high in demand, I had to order mine ahead of time. Haven't tasted it yet, but they look delicious, and they don't have that crust bordering the outside.
Craved beef patties and was not disappointed! I had to call in make sure I was in the right area as the location seemed to be in an industrial plaza with loading truck zones for random businesses. The Google maps leads to a Matt's and Steve's store. However you need to go through the truck loading zone and go to the left building.
The best Jamaican Carribean momma Pappa shop. They treat you like family. Must visit and support.
I asked for 6 beef patties, and they said if I want a box, it’s going to be cold, but if I wanted the warm ones they can’t give me a box and they need to charge me individual price, whatever, get home and go to enjoy and find out one of the patties didn’t even have meat Inside it! Definitely not going to return, they taste like the ones at costco as well. Nothing special.
Patties are super fresh but a little light on filling. Lots of good Jamaican sauces, spices and products.
