If you are looking for a great realtor, Jay Herrick is your guy. Initially, I was going to list my home with another realtor, but went with Jay because a colleague recommended him. Jay sold my condo a few weeks ago in a tough Edmonton condo market and surpassed all of my expectations.  Jay is very straight forward, available, has a good sense of what his clients want, and gets the job done. Overall, Jay was everything I needed in a realtor.  If you need a realtor, go with Jay. You won’t regret it.

Jay and his team were excellent to work with. They were our realtors when we were selling our house and they guided us through the whole process taking away all the initial stress we felt when we needed to sell our house.  From the initial consultation, to the listing they put together which made me feel so proud of our house we were selling, keeping open communication and answering all our questions, and then finally working so hard to help close the deal. We were so impressed how professional, friendly, knowledgable and reliable Jay and his team was.  Was a great experience and highly recommend!

Steve Reschke is a fantastic realtor. He has helped me with 4 real estate transactions to date.  Steve is very knowledgeable about the many nuances of real estate and has a wealth of experience in renovations and new home construction.
