This company has been nothing but a hassle to me. I have asked the owner of the company John over 30 times about the AGM meetings and condo meetings over 3 years yet I have not received any response from him. He email me back saying I will answer the questions but other than that nothing from him. How hard to answer when he held the AGM meetings for my building. I am an unit owner that is managed by this guy. I have been suffering from their irresponsible for almost 3 years. By law the AGM meetings should be held every year and again by law he has to sent out the AGM meeting notifications to the owners. John has not sent any AGM meeting notifications ever since, that mean he is doing illegal actions. That mean he is not capable of performing his job. I have no idea who is on condo board, I have no idea what kind of financial decision has been taken regarding the building. I sent him 10 emails to have him to fix the buzzer. I sent him 15 emails to fix the parking sign on the bulding. I sent him 30 emails when there will be AGM meetings. Please show some respect and your job properly. So if you don't want to suffer the way I do, you know what to do. find another John to look after your business. PS: I had another review on here but he deleted it.

Dishonest liars and thieves. They couldn't close a sale but jerked me around for months with my deposit in the end they kept %85 of the deposit and couldn't get a deal done. Don't use Lyndon Sommert or his team they are lazy useless dishonest crooks
