Story

I began baking cakes while working at local restaurants like the Vienna Cafe. After an injury forced me to leave commercial cooking & baking forever, I decided to pursue my dream of starting my own cake business. I specialize in unique recipes, like ORGANIC, GLUTEN-FREE, and ALLERGY SENSITIVE creations. I can also decorate your cake with FONDANT SCULPTURE and AIRBRUSH techniques, to create something amazing.

If you have not stopped in at Cake Betty for a coffee or a treat, you are missing out! The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They also have an unmatched assortment of gluten free options. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the best cafe in Nelson. The cakes are works of art. Fantastic selection of Gluten Free treats. The Ruben sandwiches are to die for. Omg they even make croissant & bagels from scratch. This is the spot. Go here.
