7-Eleven

The store does not enforce any sort of authority when it comes to people with mental illness hanging around the front of the store. Almost always there is a crowd of dangerous looking people hanging around, muttering to themselves, doing drugs, looking through the trash, etc. Horrible service, dirty environment and staff who would rather visit with their friends, rather than help the customers. The coffee is never hot and the staff often will ignore customers even when the store is slow. I bet the people on staff will blame these bad reviews on racism but that isn’t the reason. The reason is a lack of caring. I no longer buy my coffee there. I have started to take my own lunch to work. Thank you 7-11 for saving me money by convincing me not to shop at your Nelson BC location.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!! they have on multiple occasions added stuff to my receipt or not honored their energy drink promos. " item not on file" - $2.68" - first time they scammed me. tried charging me $12 for their 3 for $7 promo, saying that it was the tax. sketchy.

7/11 Nelson, BC has nice friendly staff but recently the coffee station has been lacking simple things like freshly brewed coffee and fresh cream. The coffee sits in those pots for two days and is luke-warm and stale. The cream sits out for people to grab and becomes room temperature. Not very nice for the morning coffee consumers. Manager needs take charge and improve the coffee service.

Once again another horrible 711 , trash all around even when staff are not so busy they don’t clean . Also the bathroom is out of order every single day and when I asked the staff why the bathroom is always out of order I was given a dirty look and completely ignored . Why can’t 711 find people with respect ? I will most certainly be taking ALL my business somewhere else even if it means waiting till morning cause another place is closed

I would rate this place as a zero if it was possible! Terrible service un- friendly staff and freezing cold coffee! You think you could count on a cup of coffee in 7-Eleven - obviously not I will never be back - people need to stay away from this dump!!!

I was at the store tonight and was served by this lady who didn't even bother to look up at me. She kept scrolling through her phone looking at pictures. After completing the transaction she didn't even bother to say good night. I excused myself into her next transaction and reached across the desk and tapped the phone and told her "I have 30+ years of Customer Service and THAT is Rude.." and walked out with her looking slightly chagrined. Congratulations on one of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had in my life. Can we do a -5 * review ?

I’m a vegetarian and ordered a Jalapeno and cheese taquito, but was served chicken. Thought this was a mistake, but my friends also vegetarian were given beef taquitos instead, which we don’t eat in our relegion. It was by the same two people who work at night, so not sure if they were just not properly trained. But this has happened to us 5 times already. Not sure if anything is being done to remedy this. If you don’t eat meat, don’t order any hotfood here.

Worst washroom EVER… ew. Completely disgusting. Needs to be hosed down with bleach. Would give zero stars if that was an option… you would be better to just pee your pants…

It's great cause it's the only place open after 12pm. Covids tuff on restaurants and they seem to be burning thru staff. Staff need more training on how to run the till , cook food , etc... Nelson gets a low rating . Can't blame the new workers they were poorly trained !

I recently left a gas cap at this 7-11 on a trip back to our home in southern Washington State. I realized the mistake a couple of hours later at the next gas stop. I called the store and got the manager, Daniele Hanley. She was kind enough to mail me the gas cap and paid for it out of her own wallet. Daniele did not have to spend her own money but she kindly did. My big thanks to her and for her kindness and generosity.
