Jaspare's Pizza & Italian Foods

I just moved to the area and wanted to get a nice birthday dinner for myself. I put in an order online for delivery and it said it would be here in an hour. An hour and 20 minutes later, no food. I call and they say it's on it's way. Two hours after I ordered my food, and still no food. Call again and the guy claims it was delivered. Nope. Delivery driver got the address wrong, and gave my food to my neighbor instead. Just a tip, when you're delivering an order for a JENNIFER, don't let an old man accept the food. I'd also paid with a card so they either don't have someone sign a receipt, or they don't care who signs it. I'll be watching to make sure my card is reimbursed and I'll never be ordering from this place again. No food for my birthday, and now it's late. Thanks for that.

The food is delicious. We had the Sweet Memphis bbq pizza and I'd recommend it to anyone that like pineapple on their pizza. They also have a good salad bar.

I came in for lunch and was let down. I have a limited amount of time for lunch and this buffet pizza place wasted most of it. They had out the equivalent of about one pizza that had been there for a while. So i ate a salad untill more pizza was puf out (the ranch had gone bad so I couldn't even eat that). So I sat there for 15 min and all the brought out was a cheese pizza, as I was walking out the door. If you are going to offer a buffet it needs to be stocked with choices. I will NEVER enter this establishment again. The only bright spot was the server! As I explained way I was not paying she was very understanding. This was at 12:45 so prime lunch hour.

Very clean great people working there also quite enough were you don't scream to talk but still listen to good music

Pizza is great... But we waited almost 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. And then when we were done eating it took 10 minutes at least for us to get our check, and then an additional 10 minutes to get our card back. I'm usually very understanding, I was a waiter in the past I know how it can be, but, it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon, not very busy, and proceeded to wipe down every table in the dining room while we waited to get our chrck so we could leave.
