Jason was a fantastic realtor and I highly recommend working with him. He is someone I really trusted with the biggest purchase of my life. He offered really prudent advice and was more interested in making sure we were making good choices for our family and sound investments than in making his commission. He helped my partner buy his first place and helped us buy our first home together and he will be the person I go to when we are ready to sell. Also the Christmas cookie delivery is pretty awesome. And all the questions he's answered and advice he's provided before and after were so helpful.
I cannot recommend Jason enough. If you want a realtor who is great at what they do in both selling and buying homes you cannot go wrong with Jason. He takes his time with you and also makes you a priority. Jason is great for making time for you and never pressuring you into anything you aren't comfortable with. He was able to get us in contact with a mortgage specialist, home inspector, lawyer and much more. He really made the home buying experience smooth, simple, and as stress free as buying a home can be! I highly recommend Jason for anything real estate.
If you are thinking of buying and/or selling a home, please do yourself a favour and contact Jason right now. This was our first time selling a house, and our first time purchasing together. Before we met with Jason, it seemed overwhelming. Jason not only put us at ease, he made the biggest transactions in our lives a truly enjoyable experience. Jason is passionate about real estate and an all-round great person to deal with. It seems as if Jason has a lot of clients that he helps sell; still, he made us feel as if we were his top priority. He took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted, providing advice along the way. He helped us navigate purchasing a house that already had an offer on it, and we got a great deal. It was then time for us to sell, and Jason told us what to do to get it ready. It had never looked better. Jason sold our house for a great price in good time in a challenging market. What can I say to describe my experience with Jason. Jason showed me places for over a year, he took me from one place to another, back to the same places several times, listen to me, patiently, describe my ideal home, which changed monthly if not weekly. I finally found my perfect place!!! Jason held my hand through the whole process, dealing with the builder, the other realtor, he recommended a great mover, a fantastic inspector all the while maintaining his calm nature. Jason also sold my existing home in less then a week… and did I mention this was through Covid. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for Jason. Jason was great to work with. His response time, negotiation skills and market knowledge are his top qualities. He really put our needs and priorities first and was patient throughout both, the buy and sell, process.
Jason is very easy person to deal with. Very knowledgeable. He is also very patient with looking either at 1 home or 50. I feel Jason always has my best interest when working with him. Definitely recommend to anyone.
