Jardin Chow Mein

Very bad customer service. If I could put 0 stars I would. I tried to make an order for delivery, the lady on the phone kept on telling me that we can't add extra on the food like ex: extra shirmps and when she asked for my address, she told me that it was to far for them and immediately hang to phone on me without letting me the chance to speak. When I tried to call back, she just picked up the phone and immediately hang up again. And when my boyfriend tried to call them so that WE can go pick up the order instead, she did the exact same thing to him as well. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If this is how they treat us on the phone, imagine in person. Very dissatisfied.

Cashier who takes orders very abrupt impolite, no patience if you ask a question, yells and shouts at kitchen staff and you can hear it all. And then you pay and she literally semi throws you bag on the counter like a sac of potatoes. And absolutely minimal sauce for ribs and chicken, not as it used to be, will not return. Spare ribs had a funny smell.

Very bad service and the restaurant has been penalized 3 times by Ministry for sanitary reasons.

Not fantastic. General tao looks like it was made of scrap pieces of chicken. Soup & rolls were aight. Overall 2.5 rating.

One liner review: We placed the order under sunlight but received it under moonlight! Full review: Tried out this place for the first time today. Jesus Christ! At one point we thought we will be receiving our order tomorrow! And the place wasn’t even running on its full customer capacity! Everyone who had placed their orders after us, received their orders before us! The food was okay but most certainly not worthy of the wait!

Cashier, more grumpy than that, she actualy almost drop rudely the pepsi i asked on the counter and the food... pad thai with chicken.... came with shrimps.... good thing we have no allergies... the piece of resistance, worst general tao ever, i make better homemade when i have time to cook ..... so no, not worth a dim, save your money and go to an actual restaurant that cares like McPhoBrossard

The food is not bad but the quality and quantity of meat in their various meal is pathetic at time. Most of the time the chicken fried rice have only 2 to 3 tiny cube of chicken and the same goes for the chicken chow mein. I used to order a lot but now only once a year since the quality is down.

Probably the worst chinese food ive had in a while and my expectations are not necessarily high for these places but nothing was actually good. Only good side is that the prices are really cheap. The meat used in the dishes is clearly not of high quality, hence the cheap prices.

We ordered the number 4 combo and were quite happy to know they give 3 egg rolls per person and when we got the food we started with the soups and then started the rest of the meal and found it to be quite mediocre and were not impressed and that was ok for The price so we weren't making a big deal about it until we got to the egg rolls and then it was another story. They were horrible I swear they smelled like a wet dog or cat and the mix inside tasted just the way it smelled it was like we couldn't spit it out fast enough before gagging. I called the restaurant and told the owner about it and he just brushed it off saying " oh noh noh ploblem wit da eggwoll we sell many today you fust complain" and I said you must be kidding me could you have maybe by mistake have used some bad cabbage or something but after talking to him for a couple of minutes I realized that he wouldn't do anything about it and I told him he just lost a customer and hung up.
