We found Jan's RV Park to be modest, well kept and affordable. We arrived after hours, slipped the fee in the registration slot and hooked up. 

The process could not have been less cumbersome and services offered, more convenient.

No one around to greet you.  Pay in box and pick a site.  It had rained and the sites were soggy and we sunk the trailer and truck trying to get it site.  soggy wet muddy mess.   basically, park in a field with electricity and water.  okay for an over night.  but not impressed with No customer service/mud/having to wash truck and trailer because of soft muddy soggy mess.  I walked to the dumpster across the parking lot and sunk in the muck to my ankles.  Nasty and not too healthy on the shoes.
