I had a fractured filling from another dental office and they were able to get me in within a week and fix the problem on the same day as my initial visit. Very kind staff.

If you do not have dental insurance, stay clear of this place. I just got a filling done and then cleaning....and it cost over $400 dollars. And even though they have a sign on the desk saying they will provide all cost upfront before treatment, they never gave me any cost and what things covered.
I had a broken tooth that I knew needed filling when I went in there. When I made the appointment, I was told a filling would be around $100. I wasn't planning on getting a cleaning but when they suggested it since there was a cancellation, I agreed to get the cleaning too. I was NEVER told how much a cleaning was but I thought it would be about $70. So, here I thought I would be paying around $200. You can imagine my complete shock when they told be the bill was $436!!!!
I was never told about the EXTRA fees for x-rays which they gave me one on the tooth for the filling for $28. Now, I understand that fee and it would be hard for a dentist to start drilling and filling without knowing what they are doing. What makes me so upset is that when I got the cleaning done, they did a panoamic film of my whole jaw costing $85. Now, remember, they NEVER TOLD me any fees or what was included in this cleaning that I was about to get. So, here I was thinking that all that was part of the cleaning fee. It wasn't until I asked the dental hygienist if the x-rays were included as she was about to do more x-rays on my mouth. I told her no more as I just had a bunch done at my previous dentist in another state and I actually had a CD of the x-rays which I lefted at home. So, if I didn't stop her for taking even more x-rays, my bill would have been way over $500.
So, all the fees that was charged to me....$28 for first x-ray, $192 for filling, which I thought would be around 100, $71 for cleaning--(at least I got that one almost right), $60 for comprehensive oral evaluation(which I did not know anything about that fee), and $85 for my panoramic film(which I just had done last July.) THERE NEEDS TO BE BETTER COMMUNICATION FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE about fees.
