Jame Masjid Mississauga (Coopers Avenue Mosque) is the second oldest Mosque in Mississauga and represents over 10,000 worshippers.



"Welcome to our NEWLY EXPANDED JAME MASJID MISSISSAUGA. This Masjid was established in 1990 to cater the needs of Muslims of Mississauga. Alhamdulillah, today this Masjid is fulfilling its objectives in various ways. The City of Mississauga is one of the fastest growing communities in Canada and has approximately 100,000 Muslims living here. Jame Masjid Mississauga has become a focal point for the Muslims of Mississauga. The Masjid is conveniently located in the midst of a Muslim community and service the religious, social needs for this community.This Masjid is open for the five daily prayers. We have two Friday prayers to accommodate all which is attended by over 2000+ worshipers."

I recently visited Jame Masjid and was absolutely struck by the beauty and serenity of the space. The architecture was stunning, with intricate tile work and calligraphy. It created a truly peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for prayer or quiet reflection.nnThe community at the mosque was incredibly welcoming. I felt very comfortable and respected, regardless of my faith background.nnThis Masjid is a beautiful house of worship that offers a sanctuary for people of all backgrounds. Whether you're Muslim or simply interested in learning more about Islam, I highly recommend visiting.

Alhamdulillah, I had the pleasure of visiting this magnificent masjid recently, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, showcasing intricate designs that reflect true Islamic artistry. The interior is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for worshippers to pray comfortably without feeling crowded.nnOne of the standout features is the impeccable cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. From the prayer halls to the ablution areas, everything is kept spotless, creating a serene and peaceful environment for worship.nnParking is often a concern at many places of worship, but not here. There is plenty of parking space available, making it extremely convenient for attendees, especially during peak prayer times and events.nnThe community here is warm and welcoming, and the management organizes various educational and community programs that cater to all age groups.
