Jalapeños

We had a large group and didn't realize they stopped serving at 8pm. They had over 20 people in the restaurant from two large groups, and all they offered to people that showed up at 7:50 was nachos. We all know Mexican food has basically ingredients, and typically don't close down when it's a) 8pm and b) when there are 10+ hungry people and c) they had over 20 people actively buying things in the restaurant. That's why you get 1 star.

Jalapeños in Sandpoint is good. They have decent food, the servers are very nice, and they're usually pretty quick. They don't do anything to stand out from any of the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Great food, service, atmosphere. Hostess was silly and waitstaff was cordial. Prices seemed a bit high but the quality and quantity of food made up for it. Then, a surprise discount put to death my notion that it was expensive. The menu is pricier than the food. I recommend highly.

Food was super yummy and Heidi was a great server. She was very sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back!
