After visiting all the Kia dealerships, I found Kia North Shore is the best option. They are the only Kia dealership with actual pricing on their website, and when I went there, the price was the same as their website + usual fees. Manu was my sales agent, and he did the perfect job. I asked for all the fees and final price, and immediately, he printed the final price with a breakdown of the costs and all the options which helped a lot during the process. Absolute no hidden cost at all, everything was upfront and I am so happy with my purchase of Kia Seltos 2023. At financing, Lauren was so helpful. I want to appreciate all the staffs especially Manu who was so helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We just got there asking about the availabilities, also we were not sure whether was possible for us to finance a car or not. Manu considered our condition and told us all the options to find the best way. He followed up several days to make it happen for us. He did not advertise or follow up just for his interest, the customer service and satisfaction were his priority. We do appreciate it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the service and staff at North Shore Kia. My 2012 Kia Rondo needed some engine servicing recently and along with it came an ignition problem that wasn't apparent before. After a couple of trips back to correct the pesky problem the service staff and manager Ben went out of their way to make the necessary repairs to my satisfaction with no additional cost. I highly recommend NS Kia if you are looking for a dealership you can trust and who puts the customer first.

It's been 3 months since I bought a car from Manu here! Most of our customers thank the company and staff for taking good care of us after purchase! I want to commend the engineer Jun here!! Jun is a great employee who listens to and solves customer complaints! I even checked the wipers in the parts I didn't know about, ordered it and repaired it perfectly! In the event that it was likely to be delayed, I contacted him in advance and made an appointment to fix it. I can't remember Jun's kindness and also his name in the parts room, but I'm grateful for his kindness. I was moved to have an employee like Jun!

Had a nice experience looking for car. There was a just 5-10 minute delay before the key for test drive car was available, but David took that time to explain about other cars and never let us get bored. David was so nice and patient in explaining all details. Best price in Vancouver market, so i booked a car. Rest I will update on delivery. Update: unfortunately the shortage of cars hit my delivery as well, so have canceled the booking. A little bit angry on the overall situation but don't think dealership could have done anything, so keeping the same rating.
