Jakob came highly recommended through an online search for realtors on Vancouver Island. Knowing that we wanted to relocate to the Island, we knew we needed to find someone who not only lived there, but also had the area knowledge to answer any questions we had. Through an online inquiry, I received his credentials and a follow-up email setting up an initial meet and greet via Zoom. After the Zoom meeting and knowing what we were looking for , Jakob was quick to send us potential listings. Prior to our house hunting trip, he arranged an itinerary for us to view listings that were available and he threw in a few “surprise listings” he thought would be worth viewing. The day was busy, but well worth it! He is very personable, knowledgeable and my husband and I both enjoyed his wit and sense of humour. His professionalism and effective communication is evident in how quickly he responds to emails and texts. This was consistent from the initial meeting to the final signing of the documents. Looking at Jake's previous reviews, I found it hard to find superlatives that haven't been already been used to describe working with the Christoph Real Estate Group. When Jake met with us he outlined a meticulous process to help sell our house in a rapidly changing market. He then followed through exactly as he said he would and went above and beyond what we expected. He talked the talk and he walked the walk! He was always available, pitched in to help with difficult problems, and recommended excellent tradespeople when some problems required their expertise. Jake is warm and personable, but he is also an experienced and hard-nosed businessperson who knows the market inside and out and knows what is required to get the job done. Jayde, in the office, is an absolute dream to work with and helped in so many ways. She quickly and cheerfully responded to every to question or request. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience!
