Ronni Lister

Ronni is simply amazing in all aspects of her job! Not only does she know the Comox Valley real estate market very well and managed to sell our fixer-upper house within weeks, but she also skillfully helped us close a deal smoothly, even though one of the co-owners tried very hard to undermine the sale. It was such a difficult and challenging situation, but Ronni and her assistant Jennifer were helpful and resourceful beyond words. A fantastic team that I would hire again anytime, they actually deserve 10 stars!

It was evident from the start that Ronni has extensive knowledge of the area and the housing market. It didn't take long for Ronni to find a house to fit our needs. We are thrilled with our new home and we would highly recommend Ronni Lister. We enjoyed her positive and upbeat attitude and would use her as our Realtor in the future.

Our family is so beyond happy in our new home! Our family has bought and sold with Ronni twice now, and every time has been wonderful. Ronni has a great energy and positive attitude. I can appreciate her hard work and ambition. She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect house for our family and didn’t settle. From my experience, I have only had pleasant encounters. She is so generous with the amount of time spent with clients and makes them feel as if they have been friends for years. She has extensive professional knowledge of the valley and makes it easy to trust her when looking for answers. She explains everything in such detail and guides her clients through with the process, from beginning to finish. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor. I also love how involved she is in the community, very humbling. She donates both time and money into non profits because she's so passionate about giving back. Not enough people know that, and I think she deserves to be recognized for that as well as her great qualities as a realtor.

Ronni's help was invaluable in finding us our new home in Courtenay. She knows the town and the market inside out, and was able to pinpoint the right houses for us to look at. Once we'd made our choice, she guided us through the house-buying process faultlessly, and was able to deal with the hiccups that arose with calm assurance. Now we're happily settled in the new place, she's still helping us with sound advice on how best to tweak the place to suit us, and information about local contractors and suppliers. We'd recommend Ronni in a heartbeat.
