Bill and Michelle were very helpful with buying our first home in an otherwise difficult market. They took the time to ensure we knew what we wanted in a home and were great at pointing out and educating us about the not so obvious good or bad things about any given house such a build quality, type of plumbing used, drainage concerns, etc. We also appreciated their patience and complete lack of pressure when it came to choosing houses and discussing offers. We would not hesitate to use their services again but thanks to them we likely won't need to for a long time!.

Bill and Michelle helped us purchase a new home build over this last year. We worked primarily with Bill and really appreciated his wealth of knowledge about current home systems and construction as well as his advice on navigating the stress of custom building. He was there whenever we needed help and we had a lot of confidence approaching him with a wide range of questions knowing that we would receive honest and thoughtful answers.  This team is high integrity, highly supportive and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent realtor in the Comox Valley.

We moved from Vancouver to Vancouver Island last fall and to be honest we didn't know much about real estate. A friend suggested we get in touch with Michele. From the moment we met her we knew we were in good hands. She was cheerful, energetic, informed and she understood our needs, and guided us through the process. In the end, we decided to buy a property in another area, but who was our agent there? A colleague recommended by Michele. We highly recommend her.

I met Michele and Bill while they were selling the home we were renting. They were so professional and ensured that the whole process was great for both us and the sellers. They sold the home in less than a week which was perfect timing for us. We ended up hiring them to purchase our first home since they did such a good job selling our landlord’s. They helped us close on our dream home which was no easy feat as there were some last minute issues with the seller. They took care of that for us and made sure we moved into a perfect home. We bought our home 6+ months ago and Michele still helps me with any new home questions I have. Even when I text her at 9pm on a weekend... Talk about service! I’ve already recommended them to a few people and have plans to use them when we search for our next property.

Michelle and Bill are an excellent team! They helped me find the perfect rental unit and then helped me sell it two years later. They really know the market. They were professional, efficient and strive for excellence in everything they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.
