What a nice little shop! They have so many fun ingredients and products. The cheese counter is incredible and there’s also a lovely selection of pastries! The staff are all smiles and it’s just a lovely specialty shop for a treat or some gifts. The prices are not insane considering these aren’t the usual grocery store items, but because everything looks so good you might end up with quite a bill!

This was my first time going, I received a gift card at Christmas time. I was blown away when I walked in, it was amazing. The amount of products available for every occasion and the knowledgeable staff they have not to mention how nice they are. The items I ended up getting did not disappoint!! My friend and I couldn't get enough!! I love the cheese wall and all the choices they have. I look forward to my next visit!

A fine cheese and related items shop in Ottawa. Nice modern decor and lots of different products to choose from. Great job on the expansion and move the building looks great. I have shopped there several times. A good place to find some cheeses you wouldn't typically run into at the grocery store.

The Cheese of the Month club has been an excellent, new experience to get introduced to the world of fine cheeses and charcuterie accompaniments. I highly recommend trying the Cheese Club or going here for rich cheese. The items are fresh and of high quality . Customer service is also very responsive to deliver same day or next day local delivery. Looking forward to the next month's box as well as reordering some of my newly discovered gourmet favorites!

Went shopping at this charming store for the first time today and it was a wonderful experience. Was greated by the very outgoing woman who was working at the cheese counter and she provided a great deal of advice. Picked up more than I was planning, everything from Scottish and English cheeses to some frozen foods made by smaller Ontario companies. Grabbed some Ottawa made pickles and salami as well. This is the type of store that makes one truly enjoy shopping. Can't wait to head back!

We've always loved their Bart's spices. Needless to say their selection of cheeses and chocolates are unmatched. We've bought bowls for the kitchen before and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, we were out shopping at various places looking for good quality dish towels. We checked out various box stores but did not find anything that suited us. Then we went to this store to pick up something completely different but realized they had a very large selection of dish towels, nicer than the other stores. We bought 2 to try them out, we loved them, and we went back today for more. Thank you for providing the community and the entire city with a great store.

Pricey but worth the splurge if you're a cheese aficionado as the variety and expertise is beyond compare. You can also find a selection of Art-is-In breads and other gourmet products. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Jacobson has a wide selection of fine cheeses, including hard-to-find ones I need for my fondue. Also, fine, fresh baked goods, delicacies and frozen meals are to note. Certainly pricier than grocery stores but worth it for these fine items.

I adore this place. When Stuart is working, it's even better. Nice place to get supplies for picnics, special occasions, and gifts. I sometimes get my Christmas baskets for clients from here and they love them.

Such a cool assortment of food and pantry items. I always love stopping in here close to Christmas and gifting times. The staff is friendly and the store is well laid out. love the new location. Definitely recommend stopping by
