Just went in today to get my wisdom teeth removed. Was very anxious as I've never had any teeth pulled and never been put under general anesthesia either. Their team was very nice and helped me stay calm, super attentive and kind, do recommend if you're stressing over dental work you need done, my anxiety was all but gone once I git in and spoke to them
This dental office is amazing! Their prices are not too expensive and they explain each procedure done. The communication is concise and the staff is extremely friendly. My partner and I were absolutely amazed by their service and will be coming back again! Thanks staff at Jackson Square Dental!
Oh, my God!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Everything about this dental office has changed how I felt about dentist and my fears I had to go in for an emergency filling, they promptly got me in. Took me in as a new patient. I had Dr. Dover. She is the absolute, hands-down, nicest dentist I have ever met. She looked at me said I would not even need freezing. Normally I need nitrous just to get the freezing needle she had me in and out in record time. No freezing, no pain, no fear. She checked in with me regularly to see how I was doing. I can’t say enough I think I have found my forever dentist and dental office, talk about going above and beyond. Wow hands down the best experience of my life.
Took my daughter here to have sleep dentistry done to remove her wisdom teeth. My daughter has extreme anxiety especially terrified of needle. I honestly cannot say enough positive words about every aspect of our experience! Each and every team member was above wonderful. Thank you everyone at Jackson Square Dental!!!
My daughter 3 had such a good experience. We had 2 sleep dentistry appointments and the staff are so awesome that she’s not afraid of going back if we have to. The staff are great with kids and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
This was my first experience here and i can honestly say that the place is great. The staff are very polite and patient. The wait times are NOT long at ALL considering they called me in early. The assistent and dentist were both very nice and accomidating especially when feeling anxious. Extraction took 30 minutes max. Overall id recommend
First appointment was great. An organized practice for sure. Was given a good checkup for my teeth. Probably a more extensive examination than other dentists I have been to. Friendly people as well.
I highly recommend ! The staff is warm and welcoming. I came in extremely nervous because I have sensitive gums and teeth. One of the staff members, allysa from the front desk, helped with all my questions and reassured me that the dentists were amazing
My wife and I have been the patients of Dr Akkad in the Jackson Square Dental Care for over 15 years. We’ve received excellent care over the years, from teeth cleaning to major surgery. Strongly recommend their services if you’re looking for a dentist.
I had come in with my mom who is afraid of dentist also is also not good with English and spoke to Alissa she was great with my mom and knew the kind words to make sure she was feeling good at the dentist . This experience was really good and we will be going back here .
