We understand the importance of your smile! Monarch Dentistry is a family of 12 dental offices, spread across Southern Ontario, and comprised of seasoned and highly driven professional dentists. Our office in Hamilton is accepting new patients.

Story

With multiple locations to serve you across Southern Ontario, Monarch Dentistry's mission is to provide a full-service dental treatments for patients of all ages.

Nearly every dental treatment can be carried out at our dental office by our in house dental team who have the experience and expertise in providing a procedure as simple as general cleaning to a major procedure such as a wisdom tooth removal, to maintain your beautiful smile.

Such a friendly and welcoming clinic. All the staff are helpful and great at what they do. I have been going for dental checkups and cleaning for the past couple of years with Dr Mohsen and the dental hygienist Hanan. They both are professional and highly skilled at what they do. They ensure that you have the best treatment within your budget. I highly recommend making this your go-to clinic.
The dental office is a very clean and a well organized environment. I came in for a polishing and was out in little time! All the staff is very friendly and you can see they are passionate about their work. Tara was very helpful in telling me what i needed, and provided the assistance i look for!
Worst dentist ever! I went a few times a couple years ago got some work done but because of my dental anxiety I haven’t been back well a couple weeks ago a filling popped out and because of my dental anxiety I have been putting off making an appointment let me start by saying first I made an appointment online and got an email the next day I stated in the making of the online appointment I can come in IN THE EVENING Tuesday I made an appointment on Sunday they tried booking me in for 2pm Tuesday I said no I couldn’t do it I wouldn’t have anyone to babysit my kids I then said I can come in any day after 4pm except for Wednesday the next day because I had to take my daughter in for a MRI at mac for 4:30pm they tried booking me in for Wednesday at 10:30 am once again couldn’t do it no babysitter and then they said to bring the kids I said I can’t I have bad dental anxiety and trying to make sure my 7 year old sits in one spot will not work while I am mid panic attack they said it was to late to cancel. Completely unprofessional and only care about their money and I didn’t confirm to any of these appointments but yet they still book me in now they want to charge me a fee for an appointment I didn’t confirm not once. I will not be going back there and will be finding a new dentist that actually understands that us parents can’t just drop everything when they have a tooth issue and the dentist only cares about making bank. I do not recommend coming here at all I have never once had such a bad experience and only switched because they were close to my home. Stay far away everyone!
Being a long-term client at Monarch Dentistry, I have always enjoyed the warm welcome and the outstanding treatment by the front desk staff and the dentists. The great work and commitment to do a thorough cleaning by the Hygienist Hanan is very evident and always give me the great confidence that my teeth are in good hands and taken care of. I greatly recommend Hanan as she’s the best Hygienist I have ever come across. Also, the great service and big heart by Joulan makes me feel very welcomed as she’s very nice and extremely caring towards others. Furthermore, the dentists especially Dr Muhsen are very experienced and easy to deal with as they always put me at ease and do the job properly.
After my last visit to this wonderful clinic. There are many reasons why I trust Monarch Dental Clinic and have remained a patient there for many years. Here are a few things that are important to me: - They like to keep up with current technology and are not afraid to invest in both new equipment and education. I feel that this leads to superior care and results. Less pain, too! - I asked lots of questions to Dr. Rawa and Dr. Basman and I never put off nor rushed to make decisions. - They make reasonable recommendations about my particular dental situation and needs. - The office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable, and have remained there for many years. They know their patients/customers and treat them as friends.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Monarch Dentistry Clinic and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience there. I received the best care. The dentists were highly skilled and professional, I would highly recommend Monarch Dentistry Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.
Our whole family has been coming here for years and have been very happy with the staff and services specially the Office Joulan she’svery patient and understanding of my intense fear of dental appointments. She always makes it pain free and easy Will recommend that’s the best place you can go take care of your teeth
There are few things you have to know before going there. Not be so sure your appointment will be valid. You could be moved earlier or later with no notice, if you are happy, or you gonna be announced at your arrival that there is no appointment for you. After that be prepared to wait. The waiting time could be long ...very long. The quality of services are not as you'll expect and you could be go back again for the same problem if you are in lack enough to get an appointment. If you past successfully these stages be prepared to wait, laying down on the dentist chair, for a while. No one really knows why are you here and what the dentist should do to you. During the procedure be prepared to swallow everything falls in your mouth because the assistant is not there, it is looking for something else or it talks with their colleagues in a foreign language. After that you'll be left there for a wile, with no idea if the session ended or not and finally you are let to go. The environment is cold, they speak a foreign language, the entire process is chaotic, everything looks hostile and cold. If you are the kind looking for strange and unpleasant experiences go there.
A distinguished dental center. I feel reassured and comfortable when visiting it because the doctors, assistants and administrators are very nice, multilingual and very friendly, apart from its wonderful services. I advise everyone to visit it with all due respect to the opinions of others.
I have had several bad experiences here. Initially I thought they were okay, but then they made a mouth guard for my daughter that wasn't needed no sports etc. They assured me my insurance would cover. The next couple weeks I got a package/approval for the "healthy smiles program" I brought it to my next appt and questioned it. They said they applied on my behalf because they discovered the mouth guard wasn't covered by insurance. I DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS for this program. I make much more than the cutoff. They obviously lied. I will be calling healthy smiles and advising them. They maxed out almost every insurance benefit I had. They attempted to repair something in my mouth that should have been done by a specialist. They finally referred me and they said they followed up several times to no avail. It took one phone call 2yrs later from me directly to the specialist I had an appt within a week and they advised me they received no referral. BUT the straw that broke the camels back and encouraged me to write this is their negligence in filling my sons cavity. He had one filled about a year ago. His tooth began hurting this week. I was able to take him elsewhere. I was advised that the cavity was filled without it being cleaned out properly, thus the cavity continued to eat away into the tooth, under the filling. My 12yo son now has to get a ROOT CANAL. I am beyond angry. I cannot believe the absolute negligence and now my kid has to suffer. STAY FAR AWAY.
