Jackie's Critter's & Things

I love this place. Me and my family have three bearded dragons. The staff here is very nice and knowledgeable. I would buy more pets from here. 😄 Next goal is to get my own snake because my dad has a snake. A spider-ball python to exact. We also have 3 bearded dragons and this is were we go for information about feeding and health. Jackie herself is very friendly and open about answering all questions about any of the reptiles that she has.

I have been too numerous reptile stores across southern Ontario, but Jackie's is my go too for Rat's, Crickets, worms everything and anything you need for feeders. Staff is very knowledgeable. I have a ball python and 3 bearded dragons and I haven't had a question yet they haven't been able to answer. Jackie and her staff are very friendly and will take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have, because of this you may have to wait for service but trust me it's well worth it so much so I travel about an hour each way rather than go anywhere else.

Bought small clamp lamp and heat bulb on Friday. went to ask for refund on Monday and was told only in store credit and no refunds! Items are in boxes and unused. First time shopping and is my last. There are no signs in the store stating No Refunds or on my receipt! So mad.

I love coming here , their store is very clean , animals taken care of , their tanks are very clean , I come here from downtown whitby to get hundreds of crickets & I spend about halfhour in the store just talking
