Randomly found this place through Resy. And it is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. I had the Beef Paleron and my wife had the Pecking Duck. And both were simply amazing. The Beef Paleron was melt in your mouth good and the duck was cooked perfectly with a delicious sweet and savory sauce. And for dessert we had the crème brûlée! The custard was cold like it should be and the caramelized sugar crust was made perfectly and took a couple good hits with the spoon to crack. I could have ten of those in a row! And last but not least, the service was impeccable! Our waitress was wonderful and very helpful and nice. We would come back just for the service. Definitely recommend and you should book a reservation right now.
Thoroughly enjoyed everything about our dining experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant and throughout the evening, we were transported to a place where fine dining still exists, and thrives. Employees seem like family and so much care is taken in the production and delivery of their well-thought out cuisine. The wine and cocktail menu blends seamlessly with their European fare. The interior ambiance lends to an enchanted evening, and darling Miranda, their bartender, is absolutely delightful. Thank you, Jackalope Grill for delivering spot-on ambiance, hospitality and culinary excellence.
There was nothing bad about this place. All our appetizers, entrees, drinks and service was amazing. We had a great night celebrating our anniversary. The filet was so flavorful and tender. The duck was delicious. We will definitely be dining here again soon. Update. Still amazing. Our waiter Dawson went above and beyond and we appreciate him very much. Thank you!
This place is a favorite. Delicious, diverse, creative and classic preparations. The Paleron du Boeuf hit highest marks. Halibut cheeks over risotto and the monster lamb shank were spectacular. They do it right. Thanks Tim and team.
This was our first time dining at Jackalope and we were totally blown away! Everything we had was delicious, from our appetizers of bone marrow and stuffed mushrooms, to our entrees I had the Halibut cheek risotto and my husband had the rack of elk. Oliver was an outstanding server with just the right amount of attentiveness. We can’t wait to go back!
Elana the bartender was freaking fantastic. Truly an experience. Had recommendations, knew her menu and was genuinely a gem to be around. Actually enjoyed getting to know her and her getting to know us. We will be back because we walked away as friends. If you love dogs like we do always ask about the dogs in her life. :
Love this place- romantic bower-like small dining area with attentive servers, an extensive quality wine list, and the varied menu never fails to satisfy the foodie within. Their Oktoberfest meals are perfect- great traditional German beers and killer schnitzel!
Outstanding, First-Class meal and service! The courtyard is a lovely place for a romantic dinner.
Aside from incredibly delicious food, the environment is quiet enough to enjoy a conversation with your partner. Service, is superb and timing between courses was perfect. Perfect dining experience in a city that has gone loud!Food: 5/5
TL/DR over priced for what it is. My husband has a corn allergy and we have a card that details all the things that are common when eating out that contain corn. We provided the card to the waitress when we sat down and after a brief consult with “the kitchen” she came back and suggested a dish that he would be allergic to. We started with reservations for 6:15, seated by 6:20 and our first cocktail took 50 minutes to arrive. The appetizer had corn based food in it in spite of us trying to inform them of what might contain his allergen. The main course was fine, though the salmon had been over marinated and was mushy.
