Billy K's - Laval

Friendly staff, fast service. The food was made fresh and hot. The portions is good. Reasonable price fast food. We wanted to eat there but the air condition was full on, that it felt like ice inside. We change it to for to go after.

I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Billy K's restaurant, and it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Even the chefs took the time to greet us, which was a nice personal touch. Despite it being a busy day, the service was prompt, and the food was prepared quickly. I was impressed by the efficiency of the kitchen staff. Not only was the service fast, but the taste of the food was also amazing. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and vibrant, adding to the positive experience. The enthusiasm of the staff and the warm atmosphere made me feel like a valued customer. It was evident that the team at Billy K's was dedicated to providing a memorable experience. Based on my first visit, I can confidently say that I will be returning to Billy K's in the future. The combination of friendly and attentive staff, fast service, and delicious food makes it a place worth revisiting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Billy K's to friends and family who are seeking a fast food experience with a personal touch. Parking: It’s next to Carrefour Laval where there is a parking lot with lots of parking space available.

AMAZING fast food that’s worth every bite! Very generous portions, fresh, high-quality ingredients and meals are made with care. Whatever you’re craving, Billy K’s has it - from burgers, to subs, to tacos! Excellent service and clean, inviting seating area. Open late too which is awesome.Food: 5/5

So glad a Billy K finally opened up in Laval and this one did NOT disappoint! 100% the best quality fast food I have ever tried and for a reasonable price.

If you haven't been there yet, you're definitely missing out. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and they don't cheap out on the quality of their ingredients. I am yet to try something on the menu I haven't liked. Also, the service is terrific! 100/10!!!Food: 5/5

Poutine would be good if there were more then 6 pieces of curd cheese in it. Very disappointing. I had 4 good bite before this happened. Where is the cheese? This ain’t a poutine no more…
