J.Watson Bailey Middle School

I am appalled at how the principal of this school behaved when Francesca Amato Banfield picked up her son yesterday from that school, after she was awarded sole custody because the child's father is incarcerated AGAIN. If that's who's leading our children in Middle School, then we have deteriorated as a nation. She was rude, she was nasty to Fran and her family who was with her, and she was a disgusting display of a principal of a middle school. The way she spoke to Fran was argumentative and uncalled for. Fran had the court order in hand and asked nothing but to sign her child out of that school. The principal was judgemental and commented on things that were none of her concern. Her job was to carry out the court order and let the child go home with his mother. Fran has always had sole custody up until this debacle and she has an impeccable background. This family including this child has been through 8 months of hell! You really need to rethink on who should be the principal at your school.

Principal: Debra Fitzgerald should really be evaluated for mental health. She is not fit for this position. The world was watching as she crossed many lines when I went to pick up my son after we have been abused by a failed court system. She was way out of line
